Pyrite

Pyrite, also called iron pyrite and fool’s gold, is an iron sulfide mineral. Its name “pyrite” comes from Greek, meaning “stone which strikes fire”, referring to its ability to create sparks when struck with steel. It is considered to be a protective, shielding stone, protecting both a person’s home and worn as an amulet against harm. Pyrite specifically is thought to protect the wearer from harsh criticism, manipulation and the control of others. This stone is said to inspire creativity, academic pursuits and self expression, giving you the courage and wisdom to purse your goals.

Peridot

Peridot is known as a stone of compassion; it calms anger and feelings of jealousy, aids in balancing the emotions, and encourages delight and cheer. Peridot is also thought to inspire creativity and eloquence, and acts as a good luck talisman, attracting wealth. August Birthstone

Citrine

Citrine is a type of quartz, ranging in color from yellows, to browns depending on its ferric content. The name is derived from the Latin word, “citrina” meaning yellow, and became popular as far back as 300 BC by Hellenistic Greeks. It is known as the “merchant’s stone” or the “success stone”, as it is said to attract prosperity, wealth and success, especially in business. Citrine is a bright and energetic stone, which imparts joy, wonder and enthusiasm, helping to raise confidence and motivation.
