Eagle
A symbol of power, prestige and wisdom. The Eagle is believed to have the greatest connection to the creator and sends messages from the people to the spiritual world. It is a symbol of peace and leadership, the sacred down represents friendship and its feathers are used for ceremonies and rituals.
Sandi McKay
Sandi McKay was born in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1983. Sandi is of the Nisga’a Nation and is the son of well-respected jeweler and carver, Henry McKay. Sandi enjoyed working and playing with Northwest Coast designs as a child. This early interest quickly led to assisting his father with various stages of jewelry making. At the age of 14, fueled by his natural creative urges, Sandi began carving silver on his own.
