Artist: Randy A. Wisla

Randy A. Wisla finds personal strength and inspiration from his culture and his elders. He is an active member in his community, and he often participates in sweat lodges, as well as pipe and smudge ceremonies.

Randy is the son of established Northwest Coast Native carver, Charles Harper. Charles and Randy are known for their silver and gold Native jewellery. While Randy began creating jewellery as a hobby, his talent and determination encouraged him to turn this hobby into a full-time career. He states that one of his goals is to inspire younger generations and to teach.
